| على المتدرب دفع كامل رسوم البرنامج التدريبي قبل بدايته ووضع ضمانات للدفع في حال تعسر القدرة على سداد المبلغ كاملاً قبل بداية البرنامج، مع اشتراط استكمال دفع جميع الأقساط قبيل نهاية البرنامج التدريبي. | The trainee must pay the full fees for the training program before its start and put guarantees for payment if unable to pay the full amount, with the requirement to complete payment of all installments before the end of the training program |
| في حالة الأقساط يجب على المتدربين الالتزام بموعد السداد وفي حالة التعسر في الدفع يحق للإدارة سحب المشارك من البرنامج. | In the case of installments, the trainees must adhere to the payment date, and in the event of insolvency in payment, the administration has the right to withdraw the participant from the program |
| في حال إلغاء المتدرب تسجيله قبل بداية الدورة التدريبية بـ15 يوماً أو أكثر، يتم إعادة رسم الدورة لصاحبه مع حسم 25٪ من إجمالي رسوم البرنامج التدريبي | In the event that the trainee cancels his registration 15 days before starting date of the course or more, the course fee will be refunded to the owner with a deduction of 25% of the total training program fees |
| أما في حال إلغاء المتدرب تسجيله خلال 15 يوماً من بداية الدورة التدريبية أو بعد بدايتها، أو عند عدم إعلامنا بالإلغاء فلا تلتزم الإدارة بإعادة المبلغ. | In the event that the trainee cancels his registration within 15 days of the starting date of the training program, during the program, or when we are not informed of the cancellation, the administration is not obligated to return the amount |
| على المتدرب الالتزام بموعد البرنامج التدريبي واحترام وقته المحدد من قبل فريق عمل مؤسسة انشييتف للاستشارات الإدارية IMC | The trainee must abide by the date of the training program and respect its time specified by the IMC team |
على المتدرب تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة بأوقات التدريب حسب الجداول المحددة في بداية البرنامج التدريبي. والإدارة غير مسؤولة أو ملزمة بإعادة المحاضرات أو تدريب الأفراد المتغيبين أو المتأخرين | The trainee shall bear full responsibility for training times according to the schedules specified at the beginning of the training program The administration is not responsible or obligated to repeat lectures or train absent or tardy individuals |
على المتدرب الحرص على حضور 80٪ من جلسات البرنامج التدريبي على الأقل وتسليم كافة المشاريع والامتحانات المتعلقة به للحصول على الشهادات. | The trainee must be sure to attend at least 80% of the training program sessions and hand over all projects and exams related to it to obtain certificates |
لا يحق للمتدرب مشاركة المادة العلمية التي تتم مشاركتها أثناء البرنامج التدريبي لأغراض أكاديمية أو شخصية، إذ أنها من حق وملكية وأرشيف مؤسسة انشييتف للاستشارات الإدارية IMC | The trainee is not entitled to share the scientific material that is shared during the training program for academic or personal purposes, as it is the right, ownership and archive of the IMC |
